Conditions of entry

This prize draw (the "Promotion") is only open to UK residents, excluding employees and agents of

1. the Promoter or
2. any company connected with the production or distribution of this Promotion, as well as their relatives or members of their family or household.
3. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request. By entering the Promotion you are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. The Promotion is free to enter and entrants can enter by filling out an online form. Only one entry will be accepted per person or email address.
5. The Promotion will start at 4pm on Monday 17th July 2017 and the closing time/date for the Promotion is Midnight on Monday 31st July 2017.Winner
   
6. There will be one winner who will be selected in a random draw by an independent judge from all eligible entries, held on Wednesday 2nd August 2017. The winner(s) will be notified by the Promoter by email within 28 days of this date and will be given details of how to accept their prize. Failure by the winner(s) to accept the prize in the manner specified within 14 days of the Promoter's email will make any claim invalid and the Promoter will then select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries who will be contacted as above.

   • x2 First class return tickets. Travel can be from London to any Scottish destination on the Caledonian Sleeper route. For full route details visit the Caledonian Sleeper website. The class of ticket offered is at the discretion of Caledonian Sleeper.
     • Travel is only available to book by contacting gsc@sleeper.scot, quoting your name and the reference code shown in the offer letter. The offer letter will only be issued once. Caledonian Sleeper will not take any responsibility for lost letters. The prize letter is valid for one use.
     
     • By accepting this prize, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Caledonian Sleeper reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. You shall be subject to the terms in force at the time that the booking is made.
     
     • Once a booking is accepted and confirmed by Serco Caledonian Sleepers Limited, tickets will be sent as an email. This email should be presented when boarding to ensure you are permitted to travel. This can be a printed hard copy of the letter or a PDF shown on your mobile device.
     
     • Tickets will only be valid on Caledonian Sleeper services and will not be accepted by other train operators.
     
     • Tickets are non-transferrable, non-refundable and are valid for use up to and including March 2018. All bookings are subject to availability. If there are no tickets available for your selected journey please select an alternative date or destination. A break of journey is not permitted.
     
     • Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance of travel. Once availability is confirmed, the booking cannot be amended. The winner and their guest must travel together at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Serco Caledonian Sleepers Limited accepts no liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising under these terms and conditions or suffered as a result of using the complimentary tickets, whether arising in tort, contract or otherwise
     
     • Serco Caledonian Sleeper Limited reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the service in circumstances beyond its reasonable control without any obligation to make any refunds or exchange tickets. Should your service be cancelled or delayed, Caledonian Sleeper shall not be liable for any accommodation, travel or other costs incurred by you.
     
     • Complimentary tickets have no monetary value and are not for resale or exchangeable for a cash alternative.
     
     • Any other costs associated with the trip, including transport to and from home and a departure and arrival point, accommodation in London or Scotland are not included as part of this competition.
     
     • It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
     
     • The National Rail Conditions of Travel apply to travel on all Caledonian Sleeper trains.
     
     • The Caledonian Sleeper Privacy Policy and Guest Charter applies to bookings of complimentary tickets on Caledonian Sleeper trains.
     
     • These terms and conditions are governed by English Law.
8. The name and county of the prize winner will be available after the closing date by submitting a written request to the Promoter.
9. Entrants agree to provide reasonable cooperation to allow the Promoter to use the name and/or likeness of the winner for advertising and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion including but not limited to publication of the winner's name and photograph on the Promoter’s websites. In addition, by submitting an entry and in consideration of the Promoter granting a right to enter the Promotion, entrants agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to any materials contained in the entry (including but not limited to text, images or video materials) (the “Materials”) worldwide and/or to incorporate the Materials in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in the Materials. 12. No entries will be accepted in bulk, from agents or third parties.

14. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the Promoter's liability for:
    1. death or personal injury as a result of its negligence;

16. If any of the provisions of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part that part shall be severed from the remainder of the provisions and the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
