HighView Parking - Online Appeal Question
Alt
Hi All,
My understanding is that I should not identify myself as driver only as the keeper of the vehicle. However, using the online appeal portal for HighView Parking (www.appealpcn.co.uk) I am forced to either confirm I was the driver or not before I can proceed to the next screen.
Tick here to confirm that you were the driver and that the PCN you have received contains the correct information
Tick here to confirm that you were not the driver or that the PCN you have received contains incorrect information
Any advice is greatly appreciated

Update:
Appeal lodged end of June and confirmation received that I would get a reply within max 35 working days. As I have not received anything until now can I assume that they cannot continue with the demands? is there a statute-barred time?

No there isn't, but email Highview and say you assume it is cancelled and if they don't reply you will be complaining to the BPA about them.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
