All those hours on the phone to the telephone "technical support" people, all the stress of waiting to see if it would ever get fixed, the research into which other providers we could change to, and Community Support fix it just like that!
I'll never ring again though, the waiting is awful, the staff take ages to do anything, then nothing changes, they send you a text promising something will happen within 72 hours and nothing happens. I'd done one online chat and 3 phones calls over 3 weeks. The fault was that the TV boosts weren't working (Sky channels).
I'll always use the community support, the fault was fixed in no time.
