Old Direct Line Loan(s)

Options
Does anyone know the answers to the following:-

Natwest Bank can only find one loan agreement with Direct Line but I know there was more than one. Unfortunately:( I do not have any paperwork as I am going back a number of years. Is there anyway I could find out, and if so, who do I contact and where? Natwest gave me a number but when I rang it, it was out of order!

Why would Natwest have access to your loan agreements with Direct Line?

Possibly. Direct Line was part of RBS, Nat West is part of RBS.

I don't know what happened to the old Direct Line branded lending operation when RBS sold off Direct Line.
