Old Direct Line Loan(s) 16th May 17 at 2:37 PM
Does anyone know the answers to the following:-

Natwest Bank can only find one loan agreement with Direct Line but I know there was more than one. Unfortunately I do not have any paperwork as I am going back a number of years. Is there anyway I could find out, and if so, who do I contact and where? Natwest gave me a number but when I rang it, it was out of order!

Why would Natwest have access to your loan agreements with Direct Line?

I don't know what happened to the old Direct Line branded lending operation when RBS sold off Direct Line.
