Mortgage-free Glee!
Thanks for reading , We (2 adults) fancy a break away for a few days . long weekend etc . End of april or early may . I'm struggling to remember the website where you pop in your dates and budget and different places would come up . We don't know where we would like to go . Something for a change . Little bit of culture . decent food . central location . We have been to Paris . Budapest . prague etc and that's what we are thinking of . Website for options and places to go would be good . traveling from mankchester or Liverpool thurs to mon/tues . cheers

Ljubljana in Slovenia. Beautiful. Lake Bled too.

Might need to fly into Venice if a northern airport is essential and get the bus.

To be fair to Liverpool, it's a remarkably impressive city.

In your position, I'd be looking at these flights with Easyjet...

LPL - Naples £ 82.62 - One night in Naples then ferry to Ischia or down the coast to Pompeii and Sorrento
    LPL - Berlin £79.49
    LPL - Barcelona £ 81.98
    MAN - Venice £ 82.50

Also, you've now got BlueAir flying to Rome from LPL for about £100 return.

Kindly permit me to piggyback on your thread Op. You've asked the exact question I was going to ask other than wanting a pool.

Blue264, I'm seriously considering the Naples flight and I've been having a look at travelling from there to the Amalfi coast but it's so lovely I'm wondering whether to save it for my birthday in early November and do Athens and Santorini now instead?

If the OP wanted to go for the Naples flight what sites will you suggest we use for accommodation?

I've half answered you in your other thread, so I'll post the reply there.

For flights only Skyscanner from UK to Everywhere is something of a gem.
