    A good peanut butter - even the cheapest Tesco stuff - only has around 4% sugar.

    There you go with that sugary bee in your bonnet again - yawn! Note that not everybody on here can afford to buy peanut butter so if this little freebie means someone can have a little treat and doesn't have to eat plain value toast and marge for breakfast then we shouldn't criticise. And by the way I think Lotus spread is yum!
