Hi all, just to let you know I received a letter from UKPC regarding a parking fine that said it was cancelled due to a 'technical error'.
This, in response to sending the text on this forum, cut and pasted.

    Well done - looks like UKPC may have finally decided to cut their losses when they see a forum appeal*. :)

    * Or is this a precursor to them jumping ship to the IPC?

    If this relates to another thread, then please just add to that. Multiple "hanging" threads are a nuisance as they contain no context/history of what went before.
