Iva help

Hi, I have just entered the final month(60th) of my iva. I am surprised I have not heard from the company (credit fix). Is this normal? Perhaps I do not require to have another review as all agreed payments have been met. Any advice or previous knowledge would be helpful.
Also any info regarding credit fix would be appreciated, as I have only been with them since December after they took over the previous company I was with (simpledebtsolutions)
Cheers

They will do a final review and then start any PPI refunds before they will complete.

It might be a good idea to call them up and confirm that your final payment has been made and you cancel the standing order and ask what happens next.

Well done for finishing your IVA.

You can either wait for another year before taking out a reasonable credit card or apply for a Vanquish card (40% interest) now and buy food and fuel on and clear it every month to start to rebuild credit.

Hopefully you would of learnt to manage your monthly budget better and be able to save the IVA payment.

We too are with Creditfix after transferring from Simple Debt Solutions and communication doesn't appear to be their strong point. We still have unanswered questions from when the arrangement was transferred over. We didn't return the form agreeing to the new terms and conditions (IP fees uplift) instead we asked questions, almost 7 months later they still haven't been answered.
We did however get a response relating to a different matter by contacting our IP directly. Forget about using the info email addresses that they tell you to use as you can guarantee that you won't get a reply.
I assume that we both have the same IP whose first name is Susuan? If you Google her full name you will find her email address, drop her an email. Have all your PPI claims been completed? I would assume so as ours where completed with Simple Debt last year but there appears to be some issues with RBS and offsetting at the moment so I hope that you are not caught up in those.
    Well done for completing!
We are hoping to complete early due to reaching 100p in the £ plus IP fees and our calculations show that we should only have one payment left to make now so we are badgering them constantly at the moment and not getting anywhere very quickly!
Let us know how you get on, I'd be interested to know how long it takes you to get a response from them, hopefully a quick one!

Hi, thanx for the replies. The ppi claims are all done and dusted over a year ago so cannot see what else there is to do.
Will let you know if I get feedback

    Thanx again

Thanks again for previous advice. I took the opportunity to email credit fix after realising that our 60th payment was actually last month. Within 20 minutes I received a phone call from them notifying me that it is now with the completion team and should receive our completion certificate within the next few months. Also we were told we can now cancel our standing order as no more payments are required...Fantastic news!!!!!!!!!

    Thanks again:T
