Official MoneySavingExpert insert: We contacted Schuh about the sale and it told us the items were the last few lines of their winter sale. It didn't tell us how long it will be on for, so don't hang around if you've got your eye on something.

    As i went to order some shoes it stated out of stock for all sizes.

    I was a bit disappointed as i had wanted to treat myself to these for a while and being £20 off i thought i'd treat myself, so clicked live chat to have a bit of a rant and the woman i spoke to was most helpful - she went into the warehouse and found me a pair so i managed to order them after all!

    So have a chat with them if you end up in the same position :T

    I know! :D Maybe i was just lucky but i would suggest others try too if theirs show on the sale page but then out of stock.

    I love an online chat facility and i hadn't used theirs before, will def recommend :j Weird thing is you can see them but they can't see you..

    With a pair I was looking at, it said out of stock for all sizes, had another look an hour or so later and it then appeared in stock in my size.

    The lady i spoke to said sometimes they show out of stock if someone has put in their basket :)

    Raging, just went to order 3 pairs of shoes and all are out of stock:mad:
    Have had my eye on 2 pairs for a while, just couldn't afford them before the sale:(

    EDIT: Just spoke to a fella on chat and he has told me to check back in 30 mins as the website is updated every 4hrs and any shoes that are completely OOS will be removed from the page.
