Kennel Club pet insurance (Agria)

Hi, i've just taken out KC pet insurance for my 10 week old border terrier. I took this insurance out because i had the four weeks free insurance that was given from the breeder. And i think the insurance must be good if its from the Kennel club. But searching google, i've noticed that it seems this insurance has a lot of bad press. Has anyone had KC insurance and had to claim?

Hi, my darling boy who I lost just before Easter, was insured with KC and I can honestly say I never had an issue with them. They paid out in the region of £80,000 (yep, £80,000) over the 12 years he was with me. The premiums did go up a fair bit, which given how much they paid out was fair enough, but the service I got was brilliant. I even got a lovely handwritten card when I called to let them know he had died. Can't speak highly enough of them.

Hi, firstly sorry for your loss :heart2: its always hard when we lose one. Thankyou for the reply, i will give them a try and see how it goes. It's always good to here first hand experience dealing with insurance companies. Fingers crossed my "Royston" has no trouble, so we never have to claim.
