Price for kitchen ceiling/utility room roof to be redone

Back again,
After some feed on a price I have been given for reboarding the kitchen ceiling and utility room - been told that the price isn't much difference in using either plasterboard/tongue & groove cladding/plastic), and been quoted £400 all in for the two rooms (utility room is 10ft x 8ft and the kitchen is 10ft x 10ft).
How does the price sound?
Would normally do the ceiling myself (using either wood or plastic), but don't really have the time at the moment or if im honest the inclination of doing a full days work then spending a few hours (which I would rather spend with my young daughter) each day doing both the ceilings.
The guy im using has done quite a few jobs in the past and im 110% happy with the work etc, just wondering if the price of £400 seems ok to people.
In based in Lancashire.
Thanks
Mike

Seems fine to me. Im a plasterer in yorkshire ( huddersfield ), and that is not too high at all. If it was £800 or so, i's be getting someone else!0
