4. Winner will need to be free to travel on bournville on 15/4/13 for 1st day as joyville taster.

To enter: entrants will need to submit a one word description in 15 characters or under of the Taste of Cadbury Dairy Milk using one of the following entry routes:

• www.Cadburydairymilk.co.uk – go to the website and follow the entry instructions;
• Facebook – go to the cadburydairymilk page and become a fan, by pressing like, and enter through the competition App; or
• Twitter – Tweet your word followed by the hashtag #joyvilletaster.

There is one prize available to be won consisting of:

• £1,200 credit on a purple Joyville Card to spend on Cadbury Dairy Milk at www.cadburygiftsdirect.co.uk , over the period of one year (limited to £100 per month). Kraft Foods supports responsible consumption; the prize is not intended to represent
  consumption for one person for a year and should be shared with others;
• A trip, including travel and accommodation, for the winner and 3 guests to make their very own Cadbury chocolate bar at the Joyville Innovation Kitchen in Bournville, Birmingham. Terms and exclusions apply to this trip:
  • 1 guest should be a parent/guardian of the winner or their guests and at least 18 years old
  • Travel is limited upto a value of £50 return per person
  • Accommodation consists of [1] room at a [3/4*] hotel to be selected by the Promoter
  • Meals, spending money and anything not mentioned above is not included in the prize;
• 10 customised Cadbury Dairy Milk bars from the new Joyville Made customisation website. The winner will receive a voucher code for the value of 10 360g customised bars of Cadbury Dairy Milk; and
• Free samples of new Cadbury products, for the period of one year, before they go on sale in stores.

The Winner will need to be available on 15th April 2013 to receive part of the prize and to take part in promotional activity. Failure to attend will mean the winner forfeit their prize.
7. Winners will be selected by a panel of Cadbury judges and an independent adjudicator on Tuesday 2nd April 2013. The winning word will be selected based on creativity and its relevance to the brand.
8. Winners will be notified by phone on Wednesday 3rd April 2013 and will then have 5 days to respond to the Promoter with any details required for delivery of the prize. Winners will also be announced on the Cadbury Dairy Milk website.
9. Winners shall, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all reasonable promotional activity (such as interviews, publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prizes and the appointment and ongoing responsibilities of a Joyville assistant, for no further consideration, and they consent to the Promoter using their names and images in promotional material.
10. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. Prizes are only valid for the date and event stated and no changes are permitted under any circumstance. In the event for any reason the prize winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. However, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries.
13. If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries.
