This promotion is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands residents aged 18 and over and excludes employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.

There are 120 prizes of 1 (one) NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto Genio® coffee machine to be won in total.
There will be one winner each day via daily draws for 119 days and one winner of the late entry draw. Winners of the daily draw will be chosen at random via an independently supervised draw from all eligible entries received that day. Winners of the late entry draw will be chosen from all eligible entries received between 00:01 on 01.05.13 and midnight on 30.06.13.
Internet access and Facebook account required. To enter, visit https://www.facebook.com/aftereight and register with your name, and email address. In the event that the specified information is not provided, the entry will be considered incomplete and your entry will be void.
Prize draws will take place daily from 02.01.13 to 30.04.13. Entries must be received between 00:01 and midnight to enter into the daily draw for the day. There will be a late draw for entries received between 00:01 on 01.05.13 and midnight on 30.06.12. The late entry draw will take place on 03.07.13. Entries only valid for one draw and will not roll over.
Maximum one entry per person, per day. If more than one entry is received from the same email address, or from a different email address by the same person, all such entries will be disqualified. Bulk entries or entries from third parties, agencies or consumer groups will not be accepted. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes or any multiple entry beyond the number permitted by any other means are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified and any prize award forfeited.
Winners will be notified via email within five working days of each draw closing date.
All entrants must ensure that they are contactable on the same email address used to enter, to verify the postal address to which their prize will be sent. The prize will be sent via DHL courier and will require a signature upon delivery. In the event that any winner cannot be contacted within 21 calendar days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and award to a reserve winner drawn at the same time as the original.
In the event of an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address.
There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
Limitations of liability: Neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
Any incorrect, inaccurate or faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion.
Inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or Facebook page.
Regretfully, we cannot be held liable for system failures on the Facebook page. Neither can we be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimize the effect to the entrant of any such failure.
Conduct of entry. Entrants in the promotion agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, attempting to set up multiple accounts, undermining the entry process or the operation of the promotion, Facebook page, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
By entering the promotion, prize winners acknowledge that they may be required to participate in publicity relating to the promotion without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants name and/or image, and statements made by the entrants concerning the promotion and/or prizes.
The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
