Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter their families, its agents and anyone professionally involved with this promotion.
2. To enter the competition, entrants must go to https://www.jenningsbrewery.co.uk/explore (the “Website”) and register their details.
3. There is no purchase necessary.
4. Entrants may enter the promotion a maximum of three times per day.
5. The prize available will change each week. Please refer to the promotional page on the website for full details of the prizes, prize providers and quantities available and any conditions relating to specific prizes. Winning entrants will be selected at random. The main prize(s) for a particular ‘prize slot’ may be won at any time during that ‘prize slot’. Additional secondary prizes shall be available for the duration of the ‘prize slot’
6. Prizes are supplied by and the responsibility of the prize providers (the “Partners of the Jennings Brewery.”)
7. Winning entrants shall receive their prizes within 28 days of being notified of being successful.
8. The promotion will run until midday on 6th January 2014, but within that time period there will be separate ‘prize slots’, with prizes provided by Partners of Jennings Brewery and the Promoter. Closing dates for each ‘prize slot’ will be as per the entry instructions available on the Website .
9. Prizes are non transferable, non refundable and no cash equivalent is available.
10. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the prizes with prizes of a comparable value if circumstances dictate this.
11. By entering entrants agree to these terms and conditions and winning entrants will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter or anyone appointed by the Promoter.
12. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this competition at any time and without notice.
