NatWest ADVANTAGE GOLD
Who knows about this type of account?
It seems to charge £12 a month for nothing much and I had a friend who didn't understand and got caught out. How can banks charge fees for nothing. Are they fees or can they be reclaimed as bank charges?

HI
I opened a Natwest account and they automatically put me on the Advantage Gold account. I too had these £12 charges added so went in and they refunded them all - if you did not ask for this account or they did not tell you of the charge go and see them - It worked for me!
