Call forwarding, mobile to mobiles

Hi there,
We're in the process of setting up a small business, and we need customers to be able to contact us throughout the day. I have a mobile phone number which is printed on all of our leaflets, but what we would like is for calls to that number to be forwarded to our personal mobile phone numbers.
I've heard of services like these before, but I'm not able to find anything with a Google search. Ideally we would like it so we can switch the diversion on the fly (to suit when we're free) or have it divert to different numbers depending on the time of day. An answer phone after a certain time would also be useful. The mobile phone number is on Talk Mobile if that's any use.
Thanks in advance,
Alex
Edit: Just found the setting to divert all calls on the phone, but it isn't as flexible as we need.

You do that on the mobile that has the number that you want to forward. Go to the call divert menu and set it to divert all voice calls to your personal mobile number. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

You need a virtual or flexible phone number that diverts to where you want it. And you may wish to reconsider using a mobile number as your main business number as it can look rather impermanent and unprofessional.
