I do the Eva Fraser dvd and its really good but whilst I was on a forum yesterday checking out other facial fitness guru's I started reading about this lady Senta Maria Runge who is the originator of facial exercises.

So when i was googling her i found a link to her full book and exercises :j I will use some of them in my routine as some are different to mine but the book is very informative about facial fitness and explains a lot, quite spiritual too.
So for anyone who doesn't want surgery heres your free book to youth

Remember your before and after pics  Enjoy.

Thanks, I am downloading it now!
This could be interesting but knowing me I will be too lazy to do it!
Does anybody fancy a sort of support group where we could encourage each other and post about results?Norn Iron Club member 4730 -

Sounds like a good idea
I have read it all now and don't understand about the bit where she says that its not to be used as a preventative measure, just when you see a droop.
I do my Eva to correct and prevent further damage being done. Maybe take with a pinch of salt and do it anyway, none of the other facial fitness people say don't use as a preventative in fact they endorse this and her exercises are very similar if not the same to Eva Frasers.
Not tried any others so cannot compare.0 -
Too late for prevention for me anyhow!
my skin is in good condition generally but droopiness is becoming a bit of a problem.
I might read the whole thing tomorrow and give it a go.Norn Iron Club member 4730 -
I haven't even read it yet:o I would be up for giving encouragement though, I certainly need it too:D clairibel, if you have been doing facial exercises for a while have you noticed a marked difference?, I do them in fits and starts but I'm sure when I do I see a positive result but cant say I notice a negative one when I stop, looking forward to doing these with my speedy callenetics;)Thank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0

I was an on and off practiser until i reached my 38th birthday but i think this was because i was aging ok.
But i feel i've aged in the last year a lot. My nose to mouth line has considerably gotten deeper on one side and i can see the sag coming, pockets of fat around my mouth and have said to myself now that i can't let it happen
So 4 weeks ago i started Eva Frasers Facial fitness made easy dvd and book AGAIN which i bought in 09. In the last week of doing them i have seen some lift and my line looks less prominent to me and my mum commented on my skin last week on how good it looks.
I have also been doing yoga as well which helps your skin. I really want to keep it up and feel i will this time as i hated the changes i saw and it really did affect my confidence
The book by Senta i posted says you can see a difference if done properly in a week, Eva Fraser says over months but Evas book is 2 repititions 4 days a week and Senta's is 5 repititions 5 days a week.
So i might up the ante!
I also gave up on Callentics very quickly...too hard and boring for me

Sorry I mean you do the exercises once a day but each one is done 5 times before moving onto the next one
She says once you've mastered them it doesn't take long like 10 mins a day.0 -
Try looking at some YouTub facial yoga videos, I have found a few vids on there that may be worth a try.0
