T&C's
1. Between midnight on the 1st March 2011 and midnight on the 31st December 2011 (the “Promotional Period”) we will be giving away 10 complete teeth whitening treatments and aftercare kits. Once prize draw winner will be drawn on the last working day of each month until the end of the “Promotional Period”.
2. * Winning customers will be chosen at random from the individual who sign up to our mailing list, who have a valid email or mail address or phone number, and who have given consent to allow Diamond Teeth Whitening to market their products and services to them. On the last working day of each month in the Promotional Period, the names of all individual who have signed up will be collated and 1 winning contact will be chosen at random. Only one entry per contact will be entered into the draw. No purchase is necessary.
3. This promotion is open to all resident of Great Britain who are over the age of 18, excluding employees of Diamond Teeth Whitening or those who are professionally linked with this promotion.
4. Winners will be notified via telephone, mail or email to arrange a convenient time for their treatment to be delivered. You will not be notified if you are unsuccessful.
5. Prizes are non-transferable. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. If in our reasonable opinion the prize proves inappropriate or becomes unavailable, we may alter or substitute the prize and replace it with a prize of equal or similar value.
6. We will make reasonable efforts to make the name and county of the winners available by the 15th January 2012. This can be requested by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Diamond Teeth Whitening, 21 – 23 Elmsfield Road, Bromley, BR1 1LT
7. The draw decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. We shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect against fraudulent or invalid claims, including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age or other relevant details of prize winners.
9. We may, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant laws and codes of practice, delay the timing of the prize draw and/or vary the terms and conditions of this promotion.
10. By entering into this prize draw, you agree that your personal information may be processed by us as the controller of such personal information. The information will be used for the purpose of running this promotion in addition to any existing purposes for which Diamond Teeth Whitening already processes your personal information.
