How do I get Credit Expert/Experian to STOP robbing me?!
Basically I set up an account to find out my credit score etc. However I was never able to access the account and when I phoned up customer services the lady informed me that there as a technical error with my account and that she would close it and I would need to set up a new one. Fine I thought - I will just close it (had no intention of going through the hassle of setting a new one up)
However, despite me having no existing account with them, they are still taking money from my account. It's from my bank card so it's not even like a direct debit I can cancel! The bank said they (credit expert) have to remove it from their system so it's not something they can deal with. Credit Expert say they can't remove it as there is no trace of my account!!!!! argh!!!! anyone have any idea how i can stop them stealing my money?!
Thanks!

Definantly call them up and demand to speak with a supervisor or send a email dating all of the transactions. Maybe worth trying to log into this account which you had problems with and see if you can get up your membership number .
Can I find out my credit score? You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)

When you set up an account with them (presuming you took out the 30 day free trial), Then You have to phone up and cancel it before the 30 days expires, Or else they will debit your account a months usage.
Definitely call them up, And ask to speak to a supervisor, And demand that the payments are stopped, Also write a letter explaining the situation to them, Address it to someone higher up than customer services (You can find out details on the web), Explaining how you've been 'Fobbed off by customer service' but in a polite way.
