Hi
Can confirm they were £2.50 in Asda Taunton today despite being marked up at £5 on the shelf, sell by date is 2013 so a real bargain!0 -
i too bought these today, bargain!0
-
thought I would bump this up a bit as it is not often you can find tuna at ~31p a can these days.0
-
its a shame princess catch and kill turtles and other sea life in there nets while they catch the tuna, sainsburys are the only ones i eat as they catch it by pole , they not bad value at £3.25 for 4 normal price tooDont forget that little Thanks button , only takes a sec0

a lot of fishing is done by seine nets these days and they pull up loads of other creatures too, not much you can do to stop it or the shark fins or the ducks used for pate0
-
So I guess that if they didn't catch the turtles and other sea life it would still be ok to catch/kill tuna? Very strange reasoning behind that as they are all living creatures.0

pole and line fishing catch the fish one by one not the whole shoal and all the surrounding sea life as well.
Since watching 'the great fish fight' we have given up buying tuna!0
