The puzzles can be fun... but there's no evidence that these exercises do anything more than make you good at doing these exercises. It won't make you quicker or more accurate in everyday life.0

I noticed it says, "studies confirm that pomegranate juice can prevent Alzheimer’s disease". Anyone know what these "studies" might be? I'm interested in the use of "can" rather than "may".

In an article headed "Can fruit juice and coffee ward-off alzheimers?" (Note the question mark - it's not a statement that it can), coffee and apple juice are also on the "drink me and help prevent dementia" list.0 -
