It's normally or for most routers.

Here's a handy site for you.

If you have previously installed their bloatware it should be reachable at: http://bthomehub.home/
If not, the default is for the HomeHub.

Before anyone states, yes I know I'm replying to a previously bumped old topic

With the new BT homehubs, you need to go into the "advanced" settings, to see your Broadband IP address and manage your wireless setup

  • Open Internet Browser
  • Navigate to
  • Enter your password that you have specified, or the primary one generated when you got it and haven't changed yet (it will be on back of the router on a sticker), if you have forgotten you can reset the router by pushing the button then it will go to the one on the back sticker
  • Click on advanced settings
  • Broadband tab has the WAN IP info (or you can go to
  • Wireless TAB gives you settings for Wireless (security, key, channel, etc)
