    Nothing new there then, it's always the good consumer/account holder who will ultimately pay for the bad account holders/debtors or greedy, inefficient bankers.

    Banks have under priced risk, so in future good low risk customers will get offered the best products. High risk customers will have less choice and will have to pay a higher risk premium for the products that are available to them.
