It is in my program change/remove list but I don't know what it is.

Have googled and is it software for my touchpad?

Ditto- agreed, don't let it frighten you FloFlo .. .. it just means 'Windows (WHQL ) Logo Program' for Hardware Requirements was agreed as ok by Microsoft for your lappie / notepad
