28072010
Cheers,

The memorable date needs to be entered as 28-07-2010. The above from Mark is not correct as the hyphens need to be entered.0

Using a well-known search engine with "aa" "memorable date" the first hit is

which confirms what mickygg says.0 -

I've logged in today without hyphens. Assuming that YOU log in without hyphens there are two possible conclusions. Either hyphens are optional or those who gave their date with hyphens when the account was set up must continue to enter hyphens and thos who gave their date without hyphens when they set up the account must continue not to enter hyphens!0 -
I have an internet account with saga (same group) so would assume log in is the same. When I had to enter my memorable date on activating my account it came up as putting in the hyphens ie 28-07-2010. Dont know if this helps0

Same as above for me, works without entering the hyphens, i.e. todays date as 28072010.
Must all depend on how you enter your memorable date when you are setting up the account, with or without the hyphens.Never let the perfume of the premium overpower the odour of the risk0 -
Thanks all, now ok!0
