Applied for ESA where do I send sick notes?
I applied for ESA on Tues. Today I received a limited capability for work questionnaire but it says not to enclose sick notes with the form. Where do I send my sick notes or do I just hold onto them?

When you made your claim over the phone did they not tell you which address to send them to? When I made my claim last year (not sure if the process has changed) I asked what I should do with the notes and they gave me the address to send mine to so as not to hold up the process. You could always ring your job centre and ask as it is usually a benefit delivery office you have to send them to and not your job centre although I have taken them to my local job centre when I have been worried it may affect my payment date.

Thanks for the reply. On the phone he just told me to hold onto them.

Really? I am very surprised but as I said, maybe the process has changed since I first made my claim as I was told it would hold my claim up if I didn't get my notes in. Good luck!
