I am with Talk talk and had a call from 00000 000 000 at 1558 any one know who this is?

Someone with a PABX that allows them to modify their phone number (called CLIP) on the fly. When no valid information is present, many vendors resolve this to blanks (or zeros, so not to trigger ACR).
All you can say with certainty, is that it won't have been a personal call.
