Direct Heating Installations have just fitted a new boiler for us.

They were professional, organised and thorough and did what they said they would when they would. They were always polite to deal with and anyone who has to deal with me deserves a medal. The person fitting the boiler was really hardworking, and I am really happy.

We got a detailed quote, which did not change, and I am confident that it was a good price for an excellent service.

I don't know if they will find this - but they did a fantastic job and I think it is important to let people know when you get good service.
