Part time job from USA, still under conditionality?

Options
If someone on Jsa gets offered a part time job, less than 16 hrs, can they take it and if so do they still sign on Jsa and just declare the income?

Or if they sign off because they are working can they get WTC?
Nothing has been fixed since 2008, it was just pushed into the future

Anything you earn over £5 will be deducted £ for £ so if you are earning your current weekly benefit +£5 or more you won't get any money, you will however have a National insurance credit for each relevant week towards your pension but will have to search for full time work like everyone else. You will not be entitled to Working tax credits working under 16 hours.
