Perfectly straight forward.
Apply for planning permission.
Find a buyer for the property and land you wich to sell.
Split the Title using form TP1.
Sorted.
Thank you. Yes i've been looking into aspects of Title Splitting, the only thing that still confuses me is the question of Capital Gains and whether it would apply to the part sold, it's an overly complicated issue, even the Title Splitting itself can involve several Stamp Duty charges. A lot of it seems to depend on the order in which you split, transfer and sell etc...0 -
I am not sure what the neighbours are going to think of the composting toilet. Especially when you start to spread the compost.0

Are you sure you can live without mains power or running water? How will that work? I can imagine a small generator could provide your power but what about water?0

Who said anything about water, he's going to recycle of course. All organic and naturally produced water at source, usually in the mornings"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Yes, water is an issue, we'd have to split the mains somehow prior to selling, however i doubt that's even possible, I think mains water would obviously hinge on the planning outcome.0 -
