BT yearly line rental

If like us you pay up front for yearly line rental......take note. Along with this you should get free caller ID. We renewed ours in October and just discovered they have been charging us £1.75 a month for this service. Only noticed today but sorted now. If you haven't got it you're entitled to it and if you have got it make sure they're not charging you.

As you have found its only free if you renew and it can be out of sync with your line rental .
