Advantage Gold Account reclaim since 2001

Hello

My girlfriend has had an advantage gold account with natwest since 2001. To cut the long story short she has been paying a £15 monthly fee since this date and has Never used it. She did not even know what it was (naive i know) until very recently her phone was damaged and I was about to purchase another one for her and somehow insurance was brought into conversation and I discovered she had the benefits of insurance covered with the natwest after much discussion. Bearing in mind she does not even drive and her account was opened at 15 years of age, I am pretty sure she is eligible to reclaim the money back on these grounds but wanted your opinions? Also, I noticed her statements show the charge as simply 'charges' and I asked her if she knew what it was and she assumed it was her overdraft fees.. I cannot believe all this time she has had no clue..

But anyway, your opinions and advice will be appreciated.
