    I sent an email at dinner time today, received an email back confirming i wanted to join , and then one after that saying that i will receive my username in 7days

    i joined in June and didnt hear a thing.saw this thread yesterday so mailed them and got the

    Due to large numbers of people joining the Tesco Home Panel, it may take up to 7 working days for us to send your login details when you register with us. All other queries will be answered within 24 hours where possible. Thank you for your patience.

    Not ringing them cos there’s no alternative to the 0845 number so I’ll try emailing again nxt wk

    I mailed them late on Thursday evening but have had no response at all off them - not even a 'we're very busy' email.

    Has everyone that requested to join had some sort of reply back off them??? I'm wondering if I should mail again :think:
