Compact bathroom radiator and a rust resistant alternative?

My current bathroom radiator looks a bit like this:
https://www.plumbcenter.co.uk/product/centerrad-compact-double-convector-radiator-600-mm-x-400-mm--2323-btu-h/
(but narrower as that's just a sample image).
It's terribly rusty, must be about 10 years old. I'd like to replace it but can a similar radiator type (double panel, double conventor) be purchased which will NOT rust?
Also, the size is listed as 600 x 400, yet mine seems to be about 600 x 390 (yet I can't find a 600 x 390 online). Or am I measuring mine wrong?
Thanks

I have the kudox radiator in my bathroom, they rust within 2 yrs in my bathroom, even after I coat it with a couple of coats of paint before I install them0

The only thing you can do is get a stainless steel heated towel radiator. They are more expensive but never rust.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0
