    I like it too! It's American but v.friendly to us over this side of the pond. They have a good glossary, mind you I think I am more American than Brit/Irish as I seem to use their words more than ours!

    Excellent site! And right at the top of the page is a recipe for Blueberry Muffins which I was looking for the other day :T

    Never got round to making them as a) I couldn't find a decent recipe, and b) I've lost my muffin cases somewhere, but that recipe states you can cook them without paper cases and just oil/grease the tin!

    Has anyone done this before, and did they turn out ok?
