Ticketmaster have messed up his ticket and he is getting no reply from them and the concert is tomorrow

    you do know if you get to the venue a little earlier and go to the customer services desk that they will seat you in the disabled seating?

    If it is not already all allocated.

    Thanks for replies.
    His original tickets were cancelled but after many of us contacting Ticketmaster he got the tickets back.
    Its terrible that it took so many people to get a response.
