Barclaycard PPI what do you think?

Options
Hi,

An advice and correction if I'm wrong please.

I logged a complaint for PPI on my Barclaycard in September 2017. When I haven't heard from them, I called and i was told a cheque was sent to my old address in 2016 following a rejection in 2012. My case was reopened. The cheque was never cashed so was eventually cancelled and case was closed. But they said they are more then happy to reopen the case and re-issue the cheque. It did take over 3 weeks to make the payment but the amount was the same and haven't been updated, meaning the commission not up to date. I'm I right to say they Should have recalculated and updated the amount.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks

Forget about "commission", it's the 8% interest that should be updated.

I thought so, I called and they said no first then said just send a letter explaining your case or go the FOS.

So fingers crossed, I know it won't be much but if I'm entitled to so it's mine and I'm claiming it.

    Thanks
