    I have just ordered another 2 pairs but am not sure about 1 of the 4 I have ordered.
    If I return them will I have to return both pairs from the order to retain the discount on the pair I keep ?
    Hope that makes sense

    Nope. You keep discount of most expensive pair, I think. I returned some of my order today, but kept shoes and discount!
    2p or not 2p? That is the question!

    Be sure to put most expensive or prefered pair in basket first as in my case this was the pairs that received the greatest discounts

    It seemed to offer me £110 worth of shoes for £61 But , at the payment stage, it kept saying there was a problem!

    I rang up but they said I should try again later or make it an order to pick up at the local store (at full price!).

    What is going on ?

    Order placed on Friday & had confirmation of dispatch over the weekend. 90 quids worth of shoes for a shade under £50 - wife is well chuffed to say the least.

    If people are having issues now I have to wonder if they have cottoned-on to the multi-code discount & are trying to stop it. :/

    I think they must have realised, because I had a voicemail from them yesterday to say the order hadn't gone through, but the money had been taken from my account. I haven't been able to phone them back because I'm out of credit at the moment, but I emailed them and am waiting to hear back! :(
