Aqua - card printing issue

hello, has anyone else had problems with Aqua printing a replacement card for them? i ordered a new card on 24th November and i still don't have one. Every time I ring up they tell me it's a 'known IT issue'. At one point i was told the new card is on it's way, it will be with you guaranteed by 22nd December. if you need to do Christmas shopping, just spend the money from your current account and you can do a money transfer when the card arrives' of course the card never came and it's only recently they've confessed the card didn't even get printed. is anyone else experiencing this issue? i just rang again tonight and they still can't tell me when I will get my card. The frustrating thing I spent the money and the card never came and you can't do a money transfer unless you have the card in your hand! i have an available credit of £3,000 and i can't get access to it!
