Sales are a temptation to spend when we don't need to so I think need to be careful about including those. e.g. a new washing machine reduced from £500 to £300 is still a £300 spend not a £200 saving.

Paying in full for anything with loyalty points, vouchers or cashback is a saving.
Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.

Bought some things for the house on Amazon using Amazon vouchers I had earned.

My first womble of the year was £52.43! and it means I get to keep a NSD.
