    If they are counting yesterday's and Monday's to the monthly then I find that slightly underhanded... I would say quite a few people would have taken the day off or slowed down on seeing that there was no goal...

    If we do hit the target every day in October, do our rewards potentially go down?

    If we aren't on the winning team, looks like we get 280 SB bonus + the daily bonus bucks. Previous months was 300 + daily bonus bucks.

    Got an interview later also. I have noone to watch my son but they said i could bring him lolx

    So, after reading that lets see if I can get this right.

    Be on the winning team and get full month on target you get daily points plus 300 bonus

    Be on the loosing team and get the full month on target you get daily points plus 280 bonus

    So, there wonderful offer is that you can either get the bonus points you've been able to get for the last three months, or you can get 20 points less.

    Not exactally what I was expecting.
    I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!
