Just accepted redundancy

Hi all,
I'm not the impulsive type but I've just accepted redundancy from a job that was causing me far too much stress for very little/no reward and impacting on my mental health.
Of course now I'm back home I'm wondering if I have done the right thing.
My way of background, I'm 41, married with children. We own two houses outright and have a healthy savings account yet I'm still worried I've done the wrong thing.
How will this look on my CV?
Any thoughts welcome

Happens all the time, so don't worry.
It sounds like you're in a comfortable position and the job was causing you stress anyway.
