Claiming PPI from catalogues

How do I go about claiming PPI from different catalogues - had catalogues over the last 30 years and some have merged with others and some have closed down and I don't know where to start.

Hi, first question is, did these accounts actually have ppi attached to them?

Secondly: If so, do you have any proof/ statements showing that you were charged any ppi?

Hi,
I think some of them did as I can remember seeing a monthly charge but didnt take any notice of it but that was quite a few years ago and I didn't keep monthly statements back then.
