Quote for replacement garage door

Garage door is not working something is broken. The chap who came to inspect said it is an old garage door and could not get spare part. He said if I wait might he might get a spare part but he does know when may be next week or even month. It will cost £150 for repair. The other option is to have new garage door at £720 including installation and 5 yrs guarantee. Does this quote seem reasonable? Is it difficult to get spare part for old garage?

I'd be finding a different chap, there isn't a lot to fixing a garage door unless it's a particularly unusual one.
