I want to contact JCP to notify a change of bank details, it keeps cutting me off on 0800 169 0310

    As far as i know DWP changed all of their numbers to free phone ones and they are extremely difficult to get through on. I've heard people waiting in the queues for 30 mins and more. Keep trying, is all i can advice.
