Claim Interest back off IVA

We paid our IVA for approx 18mths then we sold our property to settle it. Is there anything like interest or such like that we can claim back as we paid off so much more than what we owed.

Short answer is No.

You and your creditors were legally bound by the agreement you signed.

I will hazard at a guess and say there was not a clause included where bye you could reclaim interest paid, I expect in your case you would of paid the full amount owing plus fee’s VAT etc.
