So, I started looking into holidays to Crete for next summer on the Jet2holidays website.
I needed to ask something so I opened a live chat with one of the advisors.
She suggested herself, without me asking, to give me a quote for a 7 night holiday in the
hotel I liked aaand...
the price she gave me was nearly 600 pounds cheaper than the one on the website!!!! :j
literally, same dates, same hotel
specifically, the price on the website was 2020 pounds and the advisor's quote was 1448
I hardly ever use live chats but I'm going to do it more often from now on!
