I contacted a small shop today I purchased from to say my order hasn't arrived.
She has sent tracking info that myhermes posted it through my door last Thursday.
I was home all day and nothing has come through from this seller.
The online tracking says it's been delivered to my door.
The seller said she'd raise claim with myhermes.
But really am i now out of pocket. If i raise paypal claim ill lose as she has tracking post info..
Is there anything I can do?
I'll wait to see what myhermes say, but thats likely to take weeks?!

Check the distance selling regulations wording - I'm sure someone will be along in a minute with a link for you.
With mail order, it's the supplier's problem to get the item to you.
You have not received it, so are entitled to a full refund or a replacement item. It's then up to the seller to recover the cost from Hermes.0 -

What does the tracking info show? Who signed for it?You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
No one has signed for it. It says 'delivered- package posted in letterbox on the tracking0

This seems to be a default with myHermes - I have never known the tracking to say anything different.
Would the parcel fit through your letterbox? It would probably strengthen your case if the item clearly wouldn't fit through.0 -

It might have done.
It was several wax bars.
I don't understand why they've said its been posted and not just posted it! So frustrating :mad:0
