Who do we contact when the TMF companies ignore the claim...? Ozkleen haven't replied to any of my letters, emails, tweets, FB, and there's no phone number. The TMF is still on their website!

Is this the website you're looking at? There are phone numbers for both their press office and UK distribution on there, they could be worth a go:

I successfully challenged using the claim address.
Did you phone or email? And what did you say, because, to be honest, I can see that the fish and the chicken are both an 'Inspirations' product, (although not the veg fusions!) ?

After over a week I got a reply to my email saying that I could not have a refund because I had not claimed within 28 days. I replied that this was not what the letter had said - the letter said it was because I had not included the receipt and also that the letter said I could re-apply within 14 days.
I got an instant reply asking for a copy of the letter so that they could investigate. Needless to say I can't find the letter. Too much hassle for £2.99. My 'other addresses' received the refund without a problem.

Found the letter so will email it and see what happens.

What email address did you use? As I say, the satisfactionguaranteed@fotorama.co.uk is not working.

I resubmitted my receipt online but suddenly realised if they didn't receive the receipt the first time they probably won't the second time, so I'm considering sending in a paper form with the receipt aswell.

I’d successfully had all three claims processed at two addresses and then the veg at my MIL’s and the fish at my mother’s were declined so whether it's chicken, fish or veg is irrelevant.

So I resubmitted the claims to the claim address with a strong covering letter with each one stating that I was surprised as I knew that other people had had all three claims allowed for the different products. I said that this was unfair and the processing of the claims should be consistent. I said that I know of someone who had contacted Birds Eye customer services and they were told that we were entitled to try all of the different flavours of each product, not just each product. I said that they’re different promotions because they’re different products at different claim addresses. I said I had fully complied with the terms of the promotion and asked them to reconsider my application otherwise I’d be contacting Trading Standards about this misleading promotion. I haven't kept the letters to share with you but that is the gist of what I wrote on each one. Both times they backed down and sent cheques.

No. They just require an empty pen and receipt."

How long is the promo on for pls as it will take time to use up the pen?

Hi, do you have to wait 30 days after purchasing before sending in the empty pen and receipt? The terms are a bit confusing Thanks.

    RE: Bic pens

Nearly ran my pen out already!

When you send it off, is it classed as Large Letter or do you have to send it as a small packet?
