Not paid for work done, what can I do?

Hoping someone can advise me. For 3 years I worked for a Company doing book-keeping at home. The business is 150 miles away, everything was done by e-mail and internet. Earlier this year the Company was sold so I was made redundant but the owner has another small business and he asked me if I would do the book keeping/payroll for that, continuing as an employee. This was all agreed by e-mail. I have no contract of employment.

Because the hours involved are so little we agreed that I would work for 3 months, submit a timesheet and get paid through the payroll. The first timesheet went in, but I was not paid. I continued doing the work and chasing up my payment. Nearly 2 months has gone by and I still don't have my money.

I have told the business owner that I won't do any more work until I get my wages and have had no reply to this e-mail. He now owes me £103. What do I do? I know it's not a vast amount of money but it is a lot to me.
